Thomas Dean Design & Print are now offering Design / Office Apprenticeship Jobs to young Talented People who want to progress a career in the design industry.

Basic Responsibilities:

– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner – Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail – Provide general office and design support, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents starting basic design layouts setting up documents ready for production.
– Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars – Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages – Utilize Google Suite applications for various administrative tasks – Maintain an organized office environment

Basic Skills Required:

– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills – Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks – Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – Ability to effectively use computerized office systems – Typing proficiency and accuracy – Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus

As a Junior Designer, Printer & Fabrication Assistant you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to the overall efficiency of our team. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for administrative work, we would love to hear from you.
